Always check the price of the vehicle you’re looking to purchase is in-line with the market. If a vehicle is offered at a much cheaper price, ask yourself why. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Check the sellers address and telephone number –wherever possible  visit the seller at their address.
Always check the V5C documentation.
Never buy a vehicle without inspecting and test driving it first.
Never send money for a vehicle you haven’t seen. Touch it, check it.
